The Japanese Education Culture Center, Inc., in cooperation with VBSCA,  is spearheading a  Summer exchange to Japan, including Miyazaki.  Students will get to enjoy a Homestay experience to help them hone their language skills, make new friends and share unique cultural traditions.  VBSCA has provided $2,000 toward Virginia Beach student’s expenses.
